Sa Chen - Centre Owner
Sa has over 20 years experience in early childhood education and holds a Diploma of Teaching, Early Childhood Education.
Sa is one of our most experienced early childhood teachers, she brings a wealth of experience and a love of early childhood teaching to her role.
Sa is part of the AELC management team.
Lisa Chen- Centre Director
Lisa Chen is the Director at AELC. Lisa has over 12 years’ experience working in the early childhood industry and holds a Bachelor of Education (Birth-five)

Roxc McGuirk- Assistant Director
Roxc McGuirk is our Assistant Director at AELC. Roxc has over 10 years’ experience working in the Early Childhood
environment and has been with our company for all that time. Roxc holds a Diploma in Early Childhood education and care and is currently studying her Bachelor of Education ( Birth-five).

I am a strong believer that children learn best through play and play based ideas emerging from the children’s own interests. I will endeavor to challenge your children to grow, learn and develop in a fun and inspiring environment designed to allow them to become independent, capable and confident individuals.

Rubina - Blue Room Leader
Ruby is the Room Leader of our Blue Room (0-2), Ruby has been in the childcare industry for 15 years and holds her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Helen is the room leader of our Green Room (2-3),Helen has been in the childcare industry for the past 17 years and holds her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
​
Helen understands that children aged two-three are trying to understand their world and that many things are still very new to them. She understands they are curious, inquisitive,busy yet capable little individuals who need motion, novelty, adventure, affection and the need to engage the world with their whole bodies. Helen's Fun, loving and often spontaneous approach to learning makes her the ideal lead educator for our precious toddlers.

Roxc is the room leader of our Red Room(3-5), Roxc has been in the childcare industry for the past 10 years and holds her Diploma in Early Childhood education and Care and is currently studding her Bachelor of Education (Birth-Five)
